As of today you can request terms for a venture loan wp.dealroom.dev directly via an online form.
You can find the form on wp.dealroom.dev/venturedebtform (login required), or on the profiles of any of the venture loan funds we have listed.
The form you submit is initially reviewed by the wp.dealroom.dev team to make sur it is complete, and we forward it to the most relevant venture loan providers.
Basic requirements include:
- Run-rate revenues of more than €1 million (exceptions may apply)
- Cash-flow positive well within the next 12 months in a conservative scenario
